kishi has 0 excuse for nerfing tenten, even if most ninja tools eventually stood no chance against really broke kenkai genkai or whatever, she could’ve had amazing kenjutsu. it really pisses me off that a bunch of characters whose main hack isn’t even swords (sasuke, killer bee, fucking orochimaru) got sword fights when ninja weapons being her skill didn’t get her anything.
AND EVEN IF she doesn’t get any of that, tentens taijutsu should be broke as fuck, she’s literally mastered every ninja weapon and is on the same team as lee and neji and was personally trained by gai. smdh that all these people can disrespect base tenten as weak because the anime didn’t do the logical minimum for her character.
